| NORTH KENT GATEWAY PARTNERSHIP As Vice Chair of the Partnership CVS Medway has been active in developing an SRB6 bid for North Kent. CVS Medway also Chairs the Medway Local Area Partnership that supports SRB and other significant funding work in the area. |

| BUSINESS Medway Links was established to promote links between the business and voluntary sector. |

| Development of the 'Working Partnership' document and strategic funding discussions have taken place with Medway Council. | |
| MEDWAY & SWALE HEALTH IMPROVEMENT BOARD Has been supported through CVS Medway representation and assistance in consultation. |

| Co-ordination and consultation on older peoples' issues, community safety, youth justice, play, twins and health has been undertaken. | |
| OTHER INITIATIVES actively supported include Sure Start, Gillingham Education Action Zone, the Community Legal Service, Community Safety Partnership, Drug Reference Group, Joint Planning Team for Older People, Whole Systems Group and Youth Offending Team, Kent Community Fund and Medway Millennium Volunteers. |
